WHO ARE WE ?
Thuthukani was established in 1998 and entered the incremental housing finance environment through its housing subsidiary Thuthukani Housing Finance in 2012. Thuthukani Housing Finance, a registered developmental lender with the National Credit Regulator, solely focuses on Developmental Housing Finance. In 2023, Thuthukani was acquired by Fin and became known as Fin Home Loans.
