COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- Submit your complaint and ID/ membership number in writing, including as much information of your dissatisfaction as possible.
- You may email your compliment or complaint to [email protected] or you may call us on 012 804 1443.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your complaint and the name of the person dealing with your complaint.
The relevant assigned staff member will contact you telephonically within 2 working days.
